Ticket Support
Opening a support ticket through our Ticketing System is very easy. Unlike the average web host, where support is a 24-48 hour turn around, the HostingGANG support team will respond to you within 1 hour of you logging your ticket. And in many cases our response time is much shorter. This is a unique service we offer with all our hosting packages to guarantee you aren't left waiting.
To open a support ticket:
- Login to your control panel.
- Click Help in the top right corner of the control panel.
- Select Open Support Ticket.

- You'll be presented with the option to search our Knowledge Base for an answer to your problem. Click Submit Ticket.
- Fill in the form with as much detail as possible. Tell us what you want to do or what you are experiencing difficulty with.
- Click Submit and we will email you when we have responded to it. You can also view the history and status of your ticket through your control panel.
