Ticket Support

Opening a support ticket through our Ticketing System is very easy. Unlike the average web host, where support is a 24-48 hour turn around, the HostingGANG support team will respond to you within 1 hour of you logging your ticket. And in many cases our response time is much shorter. This is a unique service we offer with all our hosting packages to guarantee you aren't left waiting.

To open a support ticket:

  1. Login to your control panel.
  2. Click Help in the top right corner of the control panel.
  3. Select Open Support Ticket.
  4. You'll be presented with the option to search our Knowledge Base for an answer to your problem. Click Submit Ticket.
  5. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible. Tell us what you want to do or what you are experiencing difficulty with.
  6. Click Submit and we will email you when we have responded to it. You can also view the history and status of your ticket through your control panel.
